  • Accel Entertainment (+0.61%): Accel’s stock remained in the positive territory for the second week in a row. Overall, the company’s stable weekly performance distinguishes it from some other volatile players in the sector.
  • Codere Online (+0.11%): The company demonstrated very minimal growth of only 0.11%, despite the increase in the capitalization of the company to $423.78M.
  • Meridian Holdings: Meridian has mostly remained flat for the week with a slight increase in market capitalization to $173.46M.
  • Inspired Entertainment (-3.23%): Inspired Entertainment became one of the weakest performers in the sector this week, falling 3.23% after remaining unchanged in the previous snapshot.
Small-cap

  • Grandstand Limited (-1.11%): Grandstand has repeated the decline trend of last week and dropped down by 1.11% after a decrease of 0.52% the week before.
There was some positive sentiment amongst gambling stocks as the majority of top companies posted positive results.
DraftKings was a star performer among large-caps with a gain of 4.34%. It recorded a significant volume, trading over 11.7 million shares. Flutter also returned to growth with a 1.91% gain, while RSI, Super Group, Brightstar Lottery, and Churchill Downs saw increases as well.
SEGG posted a 17.11% increase which is rare in the sector lately, alongside a surge in trading volume. On the other hand, Inspired Entertainment went down by 3.23%, with an increase of volume attached to this drop.
Overall, there seem to be signs of recovery in the sector after last week’s losses as investors are re-engaging with major operators while willing to take risks with small-cap gaming stocks too.
